You finally posted this!!!! And it was soooo worth the wait.

Wow. Just. Wow. And. Guh. So hot.

There are so many things I love about this. The fact that Dany wears a Qartheen gown to please Jorah. That Dany is finally beginning to realize just how much Jorah means to her and that she might just desire him as much as Daario. That she missed him and his voice when he didn't talk to her before the wedding. That Jorah is uncomfortable to be king, yet Daario relishes it.

And most of all that making love to Jorah feels like home.

I'm glad the wait was worth it. Sorry it took so long.

I liked the part in the book when he comes back from the sewers and says "Khaleesi" and she's like "I missed his voice so much" so I wanted to include that. But I can't take full credit for it, obviously. :-P

Chapter 2 is done already, so next time there will be more posting and less whining. :)

Oh. My. Goodness.

So many feeeeels! I feel for Dany, thinking she can make this arrangement work and realizing how volatile these two men are, and mostly I just feel for Jorah being in this situation and also for being desperate enough to settle for this arrangement, too. And that he just wanted a chance to show her...GUH. Jorah!

I just love this, though. That she's giving him that chance to show her how he feels, and for her, really, to explore what she feels, which is so complicated. I love how you used the Qartheen gown to symbolize their journey together, as much it is about Jorah's lust for her. And Dany thinking very much about the sweetness of his mouth. I think that alone says so much about her actual feelings for him. And I think you really summed up that relationship in this part: Dany was not sure she had been entirely truthful in Yunkai, when she had told Ser Jorah she did not desire him. It had seemed better, at the time, to choose the harder answer than to lead him along without one.I'll be sooo interested to see how

This is going to be a super tricky situation for sure. There will definitely be more of Daario...much as I despise him, he is rather fun to write. And since I'm sticking with Dany's POV I feel like I have to be fair to him as a character and not write scenes where everyone in Dany's court takes turns slapping him repeatedly across the face...

Oh my god I would love to see Tyrion and Daario meet. And now I'm picturing Tyrion giving Daario the Joffrey Slap (TM).

I also wonder what would happen if Drogo met Daario. Or if Drogo and/or Jorah heard the way Daario brags about sleeping with Dany...
