Good lessons! Especially the positivity one. Just having Nic in my life has helped me, cuz he's a constant calm, happy, go with the flow, positive dude (you saw this lol). Which balances my, anxious, pissed off, stubborn, pessimistic self nicely :p

Addition to #6 ,always have plan B.If something outside your control makes the goal unreachable ,a back up plan is comforting,even if it only "fuck this for a game of soldiers,I'm offsky for a drink"
