Genius. Loved the integration of Wicked in there...

Thanks! I don't take any credit for integrating the names from Wicked, though--others have already done so and I'm just adopting their fanon. :-)

Beautiful. Sad and beautiful. Probably one of the better potrayals of Az that I've seen.

Thank you. I am fascinated by her, but she's kind of a mystery since we don't see a great deal of her true personality in the movie. How much of what we see is the Witch? How much is the real Az? It's hard to tell. We can assume she's not really evil, but that's not much.

Oh I totally agree. And I think your take on how she fights the witch is really interesting. I'm sure the people who are hurt probably don't think it's a victory, but what else can she do? It's probably safe to say that a 100 year old witch is a lot stronger then a 13 year old girl; straight out rebellion doesn't seem like it'd work. And of course, now that the witch is gone, how is she going to deal with that? I don't think many people do a very good job of dealing with her after that. Az is a very fascinating person.

Anyway, I'd love to see more work from you. I'm eagerly awaiting your next fic.

This is absolutely fantastic. It's lyrical and tragic, and a wonderful reflection on Azkadellia.

*adds to memories*

Oh, very nice. I like this very much: your take on what it's like to be Azkadellia, trapped where she is, seeing things she cannot change.
