Thanks! There are no magic cures (except maybe for hangovers...I wish) but it seemed to me that the whole point of the series was about being broken more or less irreparably but moving on through it anyway and living. And that DG really does have a gift for helping people do that.

-grins widely- that was great! You did something most writers don't do which was make the rival a good guy, or at least he seemed that way, and you made Az be in the process of recovering but still not completely whole, which is awesome. It's realistic and awesome and not too out there but still unique and -grins again- I adore this! -mems-

Yeah, Jorgo is a good guy, if a little bland. He was almost meant for Az, but it was too big of a subplot for this fic. Maybe in some other fic, because I love Az a lot and think her mindset post-series has to be...interesting.

I wasn't into the Transformers myself as a kid, but I know lots of girls who were, and it just seemed like something DG would like.

That scene was one of my favorites in the series--I think that was the moment I realized that DG was actually Very Cool with the special powers, because I'd kind of thought they might be bs (or maybe not exactly bs, but only related to her sister and mother) up until then.
