     It's always a busy weekend, when you only get one day off per week to catch up on all the work that needs to be done around a farm!  Some days are more productive than others though, depending on such things as the weather, breakdowns (or lack thereof, hopefully!) and other "Murphey's Law" scenarios.

     Rather than the Taco-Salad idea, I went with a Taco Mac-and-Cheese for supper tonight at the Elks meeting.  It's a very simple recipe: Make up a batch of Mac-and-Cheese, and add an equal amount of Taco-Beef; That is, browned ground-beef with taco-spices.  Throw in a some of the Salsa Con Queso, and you've got a hot, cheesey, satisfying dish ( Read more... )
