everyone's doing that 100 movies in 2009 thingy so...

so far i've seen:
1. Gran Torino
2. The Wrestler

both were excellent.

Gran Torino was SO AWESOME. Eastwood growling so much was so. freaking. hilarious.

And awww, the end. Sigh.

heh, seriously. i kept asking my fiance, "do you think that was SUPPOSED to be that hilarious?" i felt kind fo bad laughing so much through what were some heavy issues, but...man, some of those names and things he says and and the growling...it was just too funny!

but yes, very very good. i don't normally like Clint Eastwood either.

I just saw Gran Torino last night. Totally sad but totally good. I don't like Clint Eastwood either, but the growling was priceless. The ending though, so sad. So damn frickin' sad.

You are totally right and course that was the only way to really right his wrongs and protect Sue and Tao but still, man grumpy old man does good!

Am wanting to see Gran Torino.

Is this 100 movies thing for theater-only? or do movies at home count?

they both count. i've been too busy watching tv at home to watch any movies so far, tho...

you should see Gran Torino. i bet you'd like it :)
