ahaha, one of our video stores in NY had the porn in the back room with a sign with a picture of Pee-Wee Herman saying "PEE-WEE'S ROOM" I miss that store. Another one put the porn (and dildos) by the anime lol. It wasn't a "Spanish Popeye" though - this was a trick done by porn stores in NYC where they'd put a load of cheap non-porny video titles (like Spanish Popeye cartoons) up front as to get around regulations.

You haven't missed a lot though. They do 'deadlines' on sundays, and you've missed the first one. Hopefully they don't close registration..
