Wow, this is amazing. From "with the feel of her warm breath against his skin" I suddenly started rooting for Mike/Jenny though I never thought about them at all (I wasn't opposed to them, I just wasn't interested in their storyline).
And the way you portrayed them, the way you showed how Mike feels with Jenny -you made me appreciate them (and it's very surprising and refreshingly fulfilling).
Now I have another pairing to ship and it's so wonderful!

awww thank you so much! If we're speaking canonically I really enjoy the Mike and Jenny dynamic. I think he needs someone there for him who knows his secret and isn't judging him for it. IMO Harvey doesn't seem to understand that its kind of killing Mike day by day, or at least if he does he doesn't show it.

So yeah Mike and Jenny ftw. I think she's all kinds of adorable. :)

I remember I was showing Suits to my friend and he said - wow, Jenny is so devious, she's obviously flirting with Mike (in the first ep) and she's still with Trevor.
I though - woah, she's not that bad. But I kept thinking if she was really the best option for Mike. (and I'm speaking canon-wise. no slash).
Mike isn't perfect either and I'm not really going to judge Jenny. I think I haven't formed an opinion yet. That's why it was so important and precious for me to see Jenny through your eye, to see softer and, well, sexier side of her. She's so human and adorable and supportive.
I need to re-watch Suits and form an actual opinion. It's gonna be so much fun.

I honestly think it was 'Play the Man' that really got me thinking that she could be a good option for Mike canon-wise. She let him in and let him explain and then helped him.

It also sparked my whole "wow this secret must be killing him and he has no-one to talk to about it and hey someone IS there." Don't get me wrong I enjoy Rachel but how honest is their relationship ever going to be if the secret keeps up to season 2?
