Zipcar is made for things like this. But it has a 24-to-48-hour waiting period from sign-up to drive-off.

I will have Theresa and her mom with me, which leaves room for one more person in our car. We will probably be there only from 8:30 to 9:30 or 10 due to schedule/sleep.
