As much as I want to see Putin and his minions dead and gone, a Russian civil war is a frightening thing. All the way back to the 1500s, civil war in Russia never ends well for anyone.
Its weird to imagine this could within days devolve to Russia being divided into warring fiefdoms of various warlords and generals. W haven't seen anything like this since... I don't know maybe the Russian revolution of 1917. Even the breakup of the Soviet Union wasn't so violent. I'm glue to the news about it since it all began.
I'm thinking of the Time of Troubles in the early 1600s, which was scary enough. I've no idea what could happen in the next few days, but it could be as major as the failed 1991 coup. And a lot scarier.
