I was especially looking forward to a getaway from Smogdon as I was crook. For weeks I had an annoying cough and flu. Took the train to Manchester straight after work on Friday. Bath is unique for its hot springs, Roman Baths, Abbey and Georgian stone crescents. It is also the town where Jane Austen lived. I was drawn to it because I've always been curious about bathing in thermal spring water, plus I'd never been outside of London in the UK before ( Read more... )
