heh...if you need anyone to bounce digital camera stuff off of, you know where to find me...

And I have to tell you...I didn't think there was THAT big of a difference between LA and SF weather wise, but LA softened me BIG Time. I've been slightly frozen all winter - broke down and bought my first heavy winter coat around Christmas. Which, yes, I know, makes you laugh, but what can I say? Try spending Christmas in Connecticut every year if you want cold... Of course, I was always cold back home, so now it's just worse. But I was pretty hardy about the weather here for a long time, and I still am in some circumstances. Like if I'm outside and wearing a sweater, I'm fine, even though everyone else around me seems to be reaching for jackets. I just take issue with being cold indoors. Bah. Don't want to be a wimp.

I cannot believe I missed your birthday! I hope it was the best one ever, and that this year is the beginning of many, many wonderful things for you, because you deserve every single one. :)
