I can truly say, that was the most surreal moment of my life. Cutting into my own chest lying in front of me. The body was eery silent and unmoving, there was no vent, no beeping of a heart monitor, it was like working on a dead body. Except for the fact this body wasn't dead and that it was my job to keep it that way. I had my own life
