Normally my "ows" are about period cramps or my knee acting up or just my general malaise. This "ow" however, is a bit more exciting and not in a good way

I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt, but you might need to go get checked out. Many car insurance policies have medical coverage, so check with your company, you might be covered.
I'm so glad you weren't hurt! I can also understand your concerns having no insurance (I've been going on 3 years without insurance), but definitely do get checked out. When Niphy and I had our bad accident in April, her injuries didn't show up until much later in the week.
I'm so glad that you survived that at least mostly intact!
I strongly agree with everything b_briarwood says, here. I also think that you should get yourself checked out. Soft tissue injuries like this shouldn't be ignored. You might try calling the insurance company and letting them know your situation. Ask what they can do to help you get the medical attention you need right now so that things don't get any worse.
