I've been painting today and words are hard so I'm just here to link to Steven Erikson excerpt from his new, still unfinished, completely unMalazan, sci-fi story Willful Child. Because "SPACE … it’s fucking big" and the man is a writing machine and this is his thank you to Malazan fans on this site and everywhere. I wouldn't mind if he did something like that every year (twice - for Canadian Thanksgiving too). What can I say? I'm greedy.
