So the tournament went pretty much the worst case route for poor Twisty G. He played so badly they had to pull him and put the other goalie in who managed to shut down the other team. Which allowed us to tie up the game and then win in over time. The team was ecstatic, Twisty G was crushed

I love reading your posts even though we don't know each other that well. I love how you write.

And while your style of writing may be the thing that makes it interesting, I do think that telling your child you didn't become a doctor because it didn't occur to you IS interesting in and of itself. A simple truth borne of how we grew up and of the changing times and whatnot. That's good shit there.

So just another vote in the "more please" column from me :)
