I admit to reading way too many of those kinds of romances when I was younger as well. They're like a guilty pleasure. Thanks for the review. Will check it out in my next lot of ebook purchases. Quite enjoy J.L. Langley's stories.

I read this recently and quite enjoyed it. Like you said, it definitely had vibes of old romance novels. It reminded me a bit of a Mills & Boon called 'Permission to Love' where the hero and heroine are step brother and step sister - he loves her but won't admit it because she's young and it's 'wrong'. God I read thousands of them in my teens!! :)

That was the classical theme of most of Diana Palmer's books, and I loved Diana Palmer ;-) Elisa

"a love story where one of the characters is 69 years old and the other one 35... a may december relationship with plus a silver romance in it... really something the author should consider to write."

Amen to that:)

Thanks for another intriguing review:)

From what I read on the in progress page for JLL, she will be doing a series of these books. It seems that we all had a guilty love of this genre!

Seems to be so! She's got the titles and everything. I'm loving the concept of this series. 8-D
