Thanks so much for reading and reviewing, Elisa! I always think your reviews are so insightful! With my story, you seem to have perfectly understood and hit upon the heart of the story: Wade and Dylan can love each other now only because of the way they loved Simon, that both Simon's life and his death made Wade and Dylan the men they are. My goal was to write a story about two people who lose someone they love, and though their lives turn out differently, love and happiness are still theirs for the taking. That was my goal, anyways (I leave it up to readers whether I've succeeded)--thank you for seeing it. :)
