"In order to protect public morals, the State has a valid exercise in police power when discouraging prurient interests in physical violence and the pursuit of gratification using physical violence unrelated to defense, combating the commercial sale of viewing violent actions for entertainment and recreation, and protecting minors. Any alleged right associated with violent entertainment and recreation is not deeply rooted in our Nation's traditions.
There is no substantive-due-process right to stimulate one's testosterone for non-medical purposes unrelated to procreation or outside of an interpersonal relationship. There is no right to promote tiny vinyl underwear, oversized gloves, and other devices for violent recreation and entertainment."
