I turned down the Belgium role today.

Feeling a sense of relief combined with a sense of angst that it was the wrong decision. I don't think it was, but how can I be sure????

You can never really know for sure, and that's life. This was a really hard one. All you can do is make the best decision you know how to based on the information you have, and you did that. You do have absolutely tremendous opportunities ahead of you. <3

I agree with this, I think when you have to choose between something crappy and something good, it's much easier, but when you've got a couple good options, neither one is "right," it's more about making it "right" for you after the decision's been made.
