If I was Claire I'd be pretty angry at my grandpa when I found out he killed Adam and left me with the more evil and creepy of the two other immortal(ish) people to spend eternity with. Stupid Arthur.
My brain is still confused about that scene with Claire and Sylar. So creepy and wrong, yet so enjoyable.

And I'm angry and sad about Nathan. I guess I should never really like anyone on this show again, because they'll only get killed off.

Adam would have been a much more fun eternal companion. But like Sylar said, at least she'll have a hobby this way.

Not only do they kill off characters I like, they always keep and use characters that bore/annoy the crap out of me. *cough*Parkman*cough*

You hit up a few of my gripes and some ones I missed, like the whole flight thing. As I've wrote on other reviews, the writers seemed to have a "cool idea" of having Sylar become Nathan, but the execution is sorely lacking. Somehow I suspect that Peter will be like Rogue now and not touching people because he doesn't want to lose all Sylar's powers. I agree about the blood thing and Ando's powers. Let's not forget that Matt is still a precog too. All these forgotten powers. I do like Ando's powers but we have not seen him amplify anyone's powers at all this volume. Instead, he was paired with a powerless Hiro when he didn't know he could use his powers offensively. And then when Hiro struggles to stop time, he doesn't amplify him. I'm pissed at this finale as it wasn't very good. But this show has turned off so many of its viewers in the past, I'm afraid the finale may have turned off more viewers. And Bryan Fuller won't be able to save the show.

To me this episode had kind of a rushed feel..like, let's wrap this crap up, sweep it all under the rug, and get ready for next year. Not a great narrative, but I'm just happy to close the book on this volume.

I don't think Peter has all of Sylar's powers. Didn't he say something like, "you didn't think I'd take this one"? Implying that he could only take one of them?

Heck, it doesn't even matter that Claire-blood is downstairs, Sylar-blood is right there next to them.

One more complaint - big battle between Sylar, Peter and Nathan! (Blue) sparks are flying! And it ALL happens behind closed doors. Cheap, folks. Just cheap.

They spent all of their money on face-morphing. Another reason shape-shifters suck.

Angela and Noah... Why? Finally having an opportunity to get rid of Sylar once and for all and not doing it? Parkman - he either does not do anything smart with his abilites, or does something like THAT!

Remembering Nathan - my favorite episode with him was Peter trying to fly for the first time and Nathan saving him.How will they explain the inability to fly?

Now that I think about it, my favorite storyline was the Old Japan storyline with Adam Monroe.

Ali Larter - why would she be avenging the death of her sister if she never met her? Kind of stupid, hunting down the agents.

I liked that, too. It was very cool.

I am not sick of the show per se but I wish they didn't do that to Nathan - it was kind of stupid.

Was she avenging her sister? Nobody killed Niki. I thought it was just Tracy going after the agents who had captured/tortured/tried to kill her. I'm assuming that the current character is still Tracy...from what I've read, she isn't dead.

I think my favorite Nathan was just a couple of weeks ago in Mexico with Claire. So messed up, but trying to be good.

Peter owning Sylar was the only part I liked of the episode.

At this point I hope Sylar kills all the other evolved humans and goes on to destroy the world, bringing about the extinction of mankind.

So sick of this show.

Peter was great in this episode. I actually expected Sylar to get to the President. I thought we'd spend next season with an evil president doing ridiculous things tto the Petrellis. I was so happy when it turned out to be Peter, that I didn't even bother to wonder how he had gotten there or where the actual president was.

The show has been dropping from must-watch status, but as long as there isn't anything stronger playing opposite, I'll keep giving it the chance to get better. I have zero interest in Gossip Girl or 24, so Heroes will stay on my tv schedule.

I think I'm mostly mad because I spent two mostly enjoyable seasons getting involved with the characters and now it's just a matter continuing to watch because I've already invested myself in the show so now I have to know how the whole damn thing ends. Like the last few seasons of 7th Heaven (until I finally gave it up at the end of the next-to-last season).

I have to wonder if anyone on the production staff thinks about long-term effects of their decisions. Sylar is again too powerful and I really don't think anyone of his usual adversaries (Peter, Hiro, or Claire) is up to the task of taking him down once and for all. At this point I hope he wins because I don't see anyway this can end well for the side of Good.

I think I'll stick with One Tree Hill next season (where are you that Heroes is in the same slot as Gossip Girl?) and maybe check in on Heroes occasionally to see how bad it's become. At least OTH is consistent and there aren't any incredibly stupid and/or annoying characters.

Oops. My mistake. Gossip Girl at 8 and One Tree Hill at 9. I've never really watched either of them. Aside from "House" all of the shows I enjoy at the moment have an element of the supernatural to them...Heroes, Lost, Fringe, and - of course - Supernatural. When confronted wih a show about (relaively) normal people in normal situations, my brain just asks, "Is that *it*?"
