I had lunch at Candy's yesterday. She made a tuna casserole - a delicious concoction with tuna, rice and cheese. I need to get the recipe. I brought my camera hoping to get a portrait.

That is a really nice portrait. I think that is the first time I have seen Candy close up. Usually she is off in the distance in one of your walk pictures,

That's her usual request when I take a picture " not too close!" But she relented yesterday. :-)

That's from her son Tom. He went there. Did you?

I imagine that those rocks were once clay, sediment in a cave or under an overhang where water could slowly drip drip over time and create those neat holes :)
No idea if that's the case, just what I see when I look at them. So cool!

I think it's interesting/great that you play the piano, that you love working with yarn, and that you write about things here and share lovely photos that you take yourself!!
I am also a person who was raised not to have pride or a "big head", so I understand. But, whoever told you that was not totally right ;) You should appreciate yourself and the great things about you! <3

I was just thinking this morning and coming up with an affirmation to be grateful today. I am very lucky just to be me!

It turned out very soft and lightweight. I might need to tweak the next one a bit but I think I've got a winner.

Hmm. I wonder how the holes form. Looks like they have raised edges.
