Well today was the K-Town tri, and it went fairly well. I was about 15 minutes slower than last year but considering how intermittent my training has been I am pretty happy with the result. I will be posting more info later but for now I am just heading to bed. Later!

Less than a week to go till the K-Town Triathlon. Last year I was a lot more confident going into it, not to mention a lot better trained. This year though I still don't think I should have too much trouble completing it, though my time may be slightly worse.
