Jimmy downloaded us sample games of Portal and Peggle. I can see why people find them so addictive. They're very distinct from each other, but they both have a certain humor to them which adds a lot to the gaming experience.

I guess that means at some point we'll have to acquire the Orange Box.

I was completely addicted to Peggle a year ago or so. I finished the game 3 times over. I started playing again the other night and remembered how fun it is. Addicting!

Portal is seriously the best game I have played in many, many years. When you do buy it and beat it, you will also be treated to the best ending song in entertainment history.

I played the first ten levels. It made me feel smart. The computer made me laugh aloud. I will consider my gaming dollar well-spent, once I have the complete game in hand.

The whole game makes you feel smart. After you beat it, you can play some of the levels in an advanced mode, which will make you feel terribly stupid. Hahaha. (I have 5 of 6 beat; the last one seems impossible. Where are my youtube walkthroughs?!)
