Summary: Nothlit is going to attempt to teach Pixie how to use her wings for flight.  Others are welcome to watch, or even give her a few pointers on flight themselves.

Nothlit wheeled around, perching on the tree he'd claimed for himself before scanning the park again. Looking around, it was almost hard to see Pixie against the grass - until she moved. His head whipped around and he flapped towards her, landing in the tree next to her.

He asked, projecting his words into her head. Then again, how many girls with wings were there in here? ... More than I thought there would be, actually.

"...the Hell?"

Pixie jumped when a voice sounded in her head, something she wasn't exactly prepared for. Of course, what was she supposed to expect? A bird that could speak words like she? That'd be just as weird, if not weirder, than him speaking in her mind.

She took a deep, shaky breath to calm herself, "Yes. I am Pixie."

He laughed a little, and let out a caw.

It was always interesting to see the reactions to the way he spoke. Some people freaked out... and others took it just fine.

"Well," she said, glancing back at her wings, "Haven't really been able to get enough control over them to get them to move in sync." She shrugged and looked back at Nothlit. "Just can't figure out which muscles actually move them, they seem to do so of their own accord."

He flew to another branch so he could see her back, as well.
