Where can we find more info about it? Is this aimed at any level, or beginners only, or experts only, or what? What sort of physical fitness is required, what sort of skillset? And do they have a webpage and/or phone number?
It's great for beginners, too, apparently - I asked and Mr. Wang said that Mr. Sun exaggerates the movements so they are easier to copy and learn. People use the seminars as a 'taste-test', so to speak, before choosing to join a continuous class, too.
