This is how it happened.
I finished high school with no direction, career-wise or life-wise. I remember being envious of my best friend at the time, who knew she wanted to be a florist. I have absolutely no desire to be a florist - I don’t even much care for flowers - but she had a goal, a focus, and I did not; I envied her that.

You've probably forgotten all about me by now (deservedly so), but I just found your message and felt I should reply.
I'm fine, nothing drastic happened, just RL responsibilities taking over, combined with a certain general laziness about my online responsibilities. And then before I knew it I was locked out of my old betaing e-mail account because I hadn't accessed it in so long.
