I rode the Sagano line from Kyoto over to Kameoka. It runs through town - Nantokaguchi, Nijo, Enmachi, Dokoka and then Sagano-Arashiyama. E, J and I went there when we came to Kyoto - its home to a path through a bamboo forest up to some temples and a garden owned by an old Jidaigeki actor.
