Nightclub hand stamps?

I feel like this is a stupid question, but I don't know, so I'm going to ask:

Are there London nightclubs that stamp hands for readmittance? If so, do they use ink only visible under UV light?

Thanks in advance!

London has so many nightclubs that I would not be surprised if a few used hand stamps for readmittance (I've found at least one that refuses readmittance after 1.30am - so they, at least, must have some system for readmittance before that time).

I can't name one off the top of my head (I'm not much of a clubber), but I would be incredibly surprised if there wasn't.

I've never been to nightclubs in London, but there are definitely clubs in Cardiff that stamp hands for re-admittance so I'd presume the same thing happens in London. The stamps I've had have all been normal ink.

I wouldn't know about nightclubs, but it's definitely a very common thing here, for exhibitions, events, theme parks etc.

Always visible ink ime.

Yes, some use stamps, especially following the smoking ban. No, I've never been to one that used UV ink.
