I love the bird's eye view of your cover - the snow, the fir trees, the cabin and of course Jared and Jensen. The title fits in the blank space. Your cover image fits the story perfectly. The scene pictures are totally done as well. I like 'Thanks for nothing!" with Jared and Jensen and the green pickup truck. You captured that scene beautifully. 🐓 Charlie's chickens I especially like. I had named my parents' chickens when I was a kid, too. It took them off the menu. I also like the Jared's sketchbook page. In short, you've created a beautiful art set for a great story. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks for your nice words and the lovely story of your childhood chickens :) The cover idea to the story came surprisingly easy (Jensen wondering what it would look like from a bird's perspective) - usually I go back and forth between different ideas.

I love the (deceptive) simplicity of these and the perspective/cropping of each banner. Very satisfying use of minimal lines, negative space, and effective color :)

I chose the comic/graphic novel style because I thought it would be better for the snow and wintery scenery - I'm so happy to hear you liked it! <333

It was so wonderful working with you, Dun. From your very first sketches, I was in tears. Your drawings are breathtakingly beautiful and they capture the soul of the story perfectly. Jensen with Autumn and the kite is such a magical moment. Thank you for choosing this one. And Charlie's chickens are so magical, the effort you put into giving each one a body. Your thoughts on the story and your ideas helped me a lot and I am very proud of the result of what we both achieved. Thank you so much for being my Big Bang partner, and I wish we could do another project together. ❤️

You wrote a lovely story and the images came easily somehow. I'm really happy you liked them <333 And it was interesting to get a bit of insight into the writing process, too.
Maybe we will get together again in another big bang!
