Immigration Nightmare...

It has been nothing but a pain for us. We tried to file for my husband social visit visa since early this year only to be told that the policy has a 6 months cooling off period. Totally not cool since no one told is when we went to the department to get the forms and consultation. They heard our explaination, gave us the form and told us to come

LOL I almost in tears by the time we finished in Damansara and I was ready to ask my husband to file for my green card =_=; Thank god we found a better place to do the immigration stuff or I would definitly have asked my husband to file earlier then planned.

With this current visa, no work but if he gets a job offer, we can change his visa to a Spouse visa which allows him to work in Malaysia.
