I've been very dissapointed with the grill lately. They've been making so many changes lately, most for the worse, that I think I'm going to just stop going. I wouldn't even be here now if Cody hadn't had a buy one bowl get one free coupon. About 3 months ago, they essentially ruined my favorite recipe by replacing their nice, thick tomato

Whatever... I've been complaining about them @ work for months now, I'm just wondering if it's just this one or if any of the other ones people go to have been changing like this?

I went to Genghis on Greenville on Monday evening. I had nice warm noodles, not cold noodles. And I paid after I was done, not at the end of the grill line. Maybe it's just the time of day you go? *shrug* All of the employees there are really nice. If they don't heat up your noodles, just ask them to & I'm sure they will.

If you really want to complain, talk to the manager, Fred. He's awesome and I'm sure he'll do something to ameliorate the situation, or at the very least he'll explain why you have to pay at the end of the grill line instead of after you have finished your meal.

Yea, I'm thinking the pay at the end of the grill line is a lunch thing... It just sucks because not only is it really crowded during lunch and it takes forever to herd everyone through the cashier (while your food gets cold), but it also screws their waitstaff out of credit card tips. I've also made suggestions to their lunchtime manager (not sure if it was Fred or not) about them changing the available ingredients, which they really can't do anything about for me, that's just the ingredients they have now ): Your right though, I could probably tell the grill cook to actually cook the noodles for me or something, that would at least get me warm noodles.
