Fun damn weekend. Trent came up to party, and somehow I got married along the way :-)

My first semester ended with 2 As and a B for a 3.57 GPA. I'm very thankful, considering my life was spinning out of control for a couple of months there. I've learned my lesson well, and am only taking one course next semester, what with the wedding and all. Awesome Birthday!
Even though I took it fairly easy and had a lot of fun, it was still a great birthday! My mini-boss took me out to lunch at Panera, and the crude humor/shit-talking was flowing strong. Plus, I still have a Luc Besson movie to watch before sleeps!
And of course, cool mini-parties every day this week! I am the King of Birthdays! -

Finished all the required work for a grad school class before the class even started, and earned 100%... check!
Introduced Lyndsey to the first third of Neon Genesis Evangelion... check!
Ate enough bbq unagi to make a shark jealous, not to mention the various other sushi delights... check!

Lyndsey just gave me a call before 9PM to tell me that she'd just been offered the new full-time YA position at the Blue Ridge branch, and she was very excited to take it! Moving here to Blue Springs puts her about 10 minutes closer, plus there's the whole salary/insurance thing that everyone looks for in employment...
