Lately it seems almost everyone I know has at least one pair of "Chucks" or a fake.

I still have my first pair of One Stars that my dad bought me for my 14th birthday (a long time ago) because the shop stuffed up & ordered them instead of the All Stars I'd wanted. I still have them.... worn almost to death & loved nearly into pieces. However

Never own a pair of Chucks in my life :D or any kind Converse footwear come to think of it. They've never made them in my sizing, as is its hard enough to find a size 16 shoe that fits 14cm width. That's right ;) I gots big feet.

I'm shocked you can't find them in your size!! It's normally the opposite for me... there are always big ones & rarely small ones. =P

yeah they do! Have you tried a version of that photo with a colour selection on the red? because red converseyness is awesome? I recon that would look funky too.

I did it with one of the other shots, but not this one. Perhaps I will try it on this one too =D

Yeh I went in to one of those factory outlets & couldn't decide.... took me an hour to decide to get only 2 pairs... one camouflage green & the other black with flames. That rather broke the budget that fortnight XD

You may be needing to bring these with you in December (or just the black ones) XD

OMG WOW!! I adore what you did to your low-tops!! Especially the linux penguin & firefox logo.... & the hieroglyphs are brill XD

Gods, I remember when full price Chucks were aus$4o. What is full price now??

I have one pair of my high tops laced just loose enough to pull on & off, yet stay on while running. Needless to say those are my most worn XD

Question for you: where in the world are you? I should have put that in there originally.

My friend who bought his here in france paid 50euros for them. I realize to some people that's not so expensive xD But I wouldn't spend over 30$ on shoes, and even 30 is more than I normally would. They die too quickly, get dirty too quickly, for me to pay more xD
