Pretty sure it's the part where the wording of the TOS implies they can steal your content if you participate in the ranking system, or boot you entirely if you post anything too adult or slash that Russian children might be able to see, etc. Oh, and also the part where the English TOS explicitly states it isn't binding; only the Russian one is, which most of us can't read. I don't think it'll affect most folks too much, but the bigger names in fanfic and other content creation probably do have a valid concern.

Hmm. Yeah, I can see your point. I'd spotted the Russian/English bit but not the copyright one. Awkward. But then no one can claim copyright on fanfic anyway due to its derivative nature. This will surely affect only those posting completely original work & there aren't many of those in my experience.
