I had to read your description of Twilight aloud to our roommate. He read it because he's teaching freshman English and wanted to read what is probably one of the most popular series in that grade 'n whatnot. He has been hating every minute of it and agreed whole-heartedly with you.

Ooh, and what I thought would be a terribly cheezy horror movie about scary games was actually pretty creepy! Stay Alive has quite a few nods to good horror games and really did manage to keep me a little on edge for a few days, which very few movies accomplish. It seems to leave a lot unexplained in the end, but I do recommend it.

Tell Scott I feel his pain. I read that book because I thought something that popular was bound to at least be somewhat good. Oh how wrong I was.

I've heard Stay Alive is pretty good but have never seen it because I know it's got the guy that plays Peter in Heroes in it and I hate Peter. I'll put my Peter hate aside for a while and give a try though. Thanks!

And I stopped myself from reading your L write up because I haven't watched the last part of the live action movies and I haven't seen that particular ending yet *__* I just kinda don't like the actor for Light...AT ALL. So I haven't been tripping over myself to watch it all the way through. I think we stopped sometime in the middle of the 2nd movie.

I totally agree with you about the actor they got to play Light, hate him. He just doesn't have the evil charisma persona needed to pull it off playing Light. Love the guy they got to play L though, he makes the movies worth watching. The second live action movie actually kind of bored me up until the end. The end is awesome! And after you finish you can watch the 3rd movie which is kind of ridiculous but great at the same time, as long as you don't take it too seriously. =)
