This is an excellent coda to the episode!

The truth is, the second Sam’s fist had made contact, Dean knew it was over.

That is a perfect line--in fact the way you give Dean's POV of that whole conversation with Sam is very on point for Dean Winchester!

This episode had so many brotherly feels, and you really expanded on that here; plenty of emotions and honestly shared between them both. A great expansion on to what we saw on screen. Thank you for sharing :)

It was never about his lack of faith in Sam or Cas. It was fearing his ability to keep the archangel locked away, but Dean had a feeling that Sam already knew that. At least Sam knew that was part of it.

Yes, absolutely!

I love that this ep is binging the writers out to tell us more about what these boys are feeling! ♥
