Usually with these kind of styles, things tend to be thrifted or altered clothing items so you might not be able to find the exact same item ever. But that sweater just looks like a cute, sorta plain blue sweater, so you could probably find one similar to that at your loca second hand store/ mall/ where ever.

Thank you for the reply. I do not know why but this one has been special to me for so long. The colours are very specific together so it made an exception to usual thrift surprises. I intended to ask here because everyone knows so much of these styles and what branches from them .

You can probably find a simple cable knit sweater pattern and make one. You might be able to find someone who can knit one for you if you don't know how to do it on your own, but it won't be cheap. Otherwise, search 'sweaters' or 'jumpers' in the vintage clothing section of ebay and etsy every day and you might find something similar. This can take a lot of time searching and waiting, though.

LOL I was about to say this. I think you can put up requests on Etsy for people to make you stuff so the poster could probably just say she's looking for a sweater and post that pic and see if someone will knit her something.

❤ Thank you, yes I think that is what I came here for the most. Such as if anyone knew of such a pattern anywhere or of who coud make this. I apologize for not being as direct. I am very patient with any time or costs.

I really don't know much about knitting, unfortunately. (I want to try it but I haven't yet!) But it looks like a cable knit sweater so look for patterns with that in their title and you should be able to find something similar.

Etsy used to have a place to ask for commission work, but it doesn't anymore. What you can do instead is search "cable knit sweater" (or just knit sweater) under "handmade" on etsy. Find some sellers whose work you like and send them a message to ask if they will take commissions. Like nozomiwhitewolf said, you can send them the picture and ask if they can make something similar. I hope that helps!

I don't know what country you are from, but there might be other handmade communities out there that you can ask. There are sites other than etsy.
