Hello and welcome to the dolly kei community!

about dolly kei (dolly style):

Dolly-kei takes it´s inspiration from antique dolls and has a very vintage as well as a gipsy-like feeling to it. It´s relatives are Mori (jap.= forest) girls fashion and - although distinct from it - Lolita fashion which has the same doll-like and Victorian elements but the all-over look is more modishly arranged and Japanesquely (“kawaii”) while Dolly fashion has a more European and “wilder”, less princess-like look and rather reminds of the way a more common girl dressed at that time in Europe. This fashion is still in it´s infancy and there aren´t any specific guidelines set yet.
