I have a project to take me through this long, cold winter-I’m knitting myself a sweater. A cardigan! (I’ve knitted a couple of baby sweaters for friends before, but never a grown-up one.) SWEATER!!

That is the perfect thing to be knitting during this chilly cold (brrrrrr).

At the moment, it’s mostly kind of an amorphous blob of stitches

I remember when I knit my first cardigan, it took me quite some time before I realized I was knitting top down :D

I'm definitely knitting it from the top down! That much I know, even if it's hard to visualize :D

I am knitting a plain ol' sweater. I've had to tear out the sleeves a couple of times to fix the fit. It's been years since I knit a sweater and now I'm remembering why. :)
