And ANOTHER edit: I ADORED the poem you chose, as well. But I can't imagine Ran (the Norse goddess of the sea and from the only pantheon these guys have MET-met) would be nearly so chill as Poseidon at the end of the destruction. Just sayin'. :D

AHAHAHA, AWESOME!! My beta flipped out over it too, so I was hoping it would hit all your Darcy buttons! (you have so many Darcy buttons, lol!) I just wanted someone who didn't treat Fitz like he was broken, you know. I think I started this before Mac came along, because Mac never treated him like that either. It was very cathartic to write, all that hate Darcy has for those doctors, lol.

I AM SO GLAD YOU HAVE THE FEELINGS, BB!

I totally went and found this icon specifically for this fic! Anyways, I figured it was about time I have an AoS icon. My Avengers verse icon is Coulson from Thor, but the rest of the AoS team needs representing too!

THAT WAS THE FIC!! THAT WAS WHAT PROMPTED THIS MADNESS! I begged you for more and talked about wanting to explore more between them, how it would grow, once Fitz was awake. And you said you wanted Jemma to come by and be jealous of this woman that Fitz doesn't even know, but who was so protective of him and fierce about it. And we were both like, "Yes, you should write that. No, YOU should write that," and finally one day I was like, "Well, I guess I'll write it." BUT IT WAS THIS FIC THAT STARTED THE WHOLE THING! quoshara clearly deserves a big basket of cookies for this prompt because look at all the beautiful things it spawned!
