So, end of the month, I'm looking over my To Do List to see how well I did. About 40%, which is pretty good, considering how much I actually put on my list every month - way more than I can actually do

Thank you! I feel like the warmer the weather gets, the more energy I have, so I am getting a little more done these days.

Your list of stuff to do is inspiring. Oh and I found an amazing 90s era coloring book of X-Men to send your way from what was being weeded before the library move.

Thanks! I am proud of how much I got done in April, even if there was still a ton left to do. (there's always more to do, isn't there? lol)

What are your thoughts on Gotham? I have a friend who really like it and I keep considering starting it.Well, I enjoy it a lot. But, like the early Batman comics, The Dark Knight era, it is very dark. There are some really fun comic book esque characters in it, but it is dark. And, having grown up on the lighter Batman & Robin comic version of Jim Gordon, it took me a minute to get used to this slightly more law-bendy Gordon, like he does bad things for the right reasons, but my little 7 year old self is like "No, Jim Gordon never does anything bad!" But once I got used to it, I kind of really like the way they are twisting canon here

I grew up loving Batman the Animated Series which could be pretty dark. I'll give it a try.
