Oh, my GOD, what a fucking awesome surprise, you fiend you! I LOVE IT! I love how Spike is deciding whose ass he can kick, and losing brain cells to every second of science, and counting back the days to when he got to sleep with Dawn, and I just KNOW they're going to skip dinner and go straight to dessert the next night!

I don't even know what happened with this story! I just thought, "I should write her something," and I spent like five minutes thinking about you and the next thing I knew Spike was being all snarky and Dawn was being all awesome and I was typing words!

This story just kind of came out of nowhere at the last second but since I wrote it, some ideas about the universe this takes place in have started to form in my head, so I definitely wouldn't take the possibility off the table. :)

This is lovely. I love Angel being happy and Dawn being Dawn and how darn good she is for Spike. I always felt like they had one of the few really healthy relationships in the show, along with Willow & Xander and (at first) Tara & Willow.

Me too. Ecen back before Spike got re-souled, there was something about his relationship with Dawn that made him seem more human that anything else.
