Try dying your hair hot pink and affixing some little flamingos to it with model airplane glue. It always werks for me when I want to get someone's attention, 'specially with a necklace of them little rubber bait worms with the sparkles in em.

The stinkier the glue, the better - remember, a true rivethead *loves* the smell of anything petrol based.
