Hehe, yup it is very good but now i'm into Garnier Fructise because it has seriously strengthen my hair :)

LOL, I'm sorry about that i was thinking of therma silk, don't mind me I still haven't had my caffine yet :)

But definitely Therma Care is a god send for cramps and muscle spasms!
