Peach walks as quickly as she can without running, eager to talk to to someone else.
"It looks like another girl too. Yoo hoo!" She waves her hand in greeting.

"Um, Hello," she says softly, a bit nervous. She's never encountered someone who can't speak the same language as her and isn't sure how to begin.

A childish voice drifted over from the left side of the street; the exact source is a bit hard to see, but not completely hidden. It appeared to...really be a child, actually. Though possessing very odd crystalline wings that were very un-childish. Un-anything-found-in-nature, really.
The way she was crouched in a bit of shadow cast from the ruined buildings would imply she was waiting for something. Not quite ready to pounce, but close. Even so, her eyes are glowing red pinpoints that make it rather hard to hide from anything.
And they're fixed on Peach, with a little spark of interest.

"Hello? Is someone there?" She creeps closer to the roadside, not wanting to spook the creature before she can try to communicate with it. "Are you all right? Can I be of any help?"

And then her demeanor changes from vaguely menacing to a decidedly nonthreatening child. Particularly when she rises up from that crouch, shakes out her wings--and hops the by now short distance over to the shade cast by the parasol. She is rather small.
"Hello! I'm fine, thank you."
Flandre's wings fold away politely.
"You have a parasol too!"

"My name is Peach. What is your name?" Peach kneels down so that she may be closer to eye level with the girl. She holds the parasol over them both, blocking the sun from their shoulders. "You have lovely wings, if I may say so. So adorable!"
