Nicely written, and an interesting perspective. I don't think I've ever seen a fic about Trina's childhood before.

Thanks, and me either. I don't like her, as a character, but I do feel a twinge of sympathy for her.

Thank you! It always makes me all happy-fizzy when people do these prompt things, 'cause I'm kind of pathetic like that. ANYWAY. If you're talking about the occasion I think you're talking about for writing this... thank you! It's 9 days, btw.

Anyway, this is a good fic. Ack, poor Trina. It's disturbing to think of how particularly molded and posed her life was. And of course, she just denies it and rolls her eyes, because what else can she really do?

Yes, ma'am. I know this through the wonder of LJ's reminders. I just didn't know if you wanted that shared with the wider world, because my instinct is to protect my privacy as zealously as someone in the witness protection programme.

Exactly. Her life is really pretty shitty. Some of it she kind of exacerbates, but the cards she was dealt are decidedly non-awesome.

Hhhm. Hhhm. This is interesting. Trina is not a very well known character, other than she seemed to be Aaron's favorite, or maybe it was just Logan being Logan that brought out his abusive side. But I do like how you've fleshed her out, the awkwardness of her childhood, and the way she and Logan try to connect as siblings. Thanks for a fresh perspective on a character I don't pay a lot of attention to.

Thanks for commenting. Yeah, I can't say I care for her much, either, but I find her a little bit interesting, just because she was party of the psychodrama of the Echolls household.
