I sincerely hope that it is going into remission and agree with you 100% about not resuming work until you are fully fit, going back too soon would just send you back to square one again and thats the last thing anyone would want. Take your time, only you will know when the time is right, you have my best wishes.

thanks diane, I hope i will return at the right time, the last time I returned to working after a year out I was only in work for 3 weeks and I was so poorly, worse than I'd ever been. At the moment I'm the best I've been in 2 years, its still painful to walk far and exhausts me, but I can do it, so to relapse now would be awful.

who's rushing... what me? I've learn\t my lesson.
I have even put off taking my exam in 2 weeks as the stress now could cause a relapse and I couldn't cope with that.

Parents at school have asked on my return I won't e returning till I'm sure my body and mind can cope so I don't let anyone down a full time teaching job may be out of the question in a month or so I will start to help at the boys school nothing too taxing though.

Hope to see you soon too, I have your pressie xx

You'll find that when you're off for extended lengths of time, any improvement will be perceived as a huge one. Take your time, don't feel bad about staying off work, and just think about the fact that they too have noticed an improvement.

This improvement has been the best in 2 years so I'm hoping that I am now controlling the condition rather than visa versa, but I'm aware that I could relapse as quickly as the improvement, a cold could do it or alittle extra stress so I'm trying to take it easy.
Hope to see you soon
