Farscape PICSPAM!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I'm still working on my vid (1:21, by the way)... But you know, rendering takes a loooong time and I needed something to do while I waited.
This is actually something I've been working on for a little while... and I decided to post it here now 'cause for some reason I'm feeling way too nostalgic about Farscape and John/Aeryn. This is like that Moments thing I did with House/Wilson, but I'm not picking any favorites this time, just listing them all 'cause I couldn't really choose.

JOHN/AERYN SEASON 1 PICSPAM!

This is also aimed at those who didn't watch the show, just 'cause you can never have enough Farscape fans on your flist. :)
So here we go!
Brief summary for the non-scapers:
John Crichton was an astronaut, his ship got sucked into a void and he ended up in the middle of a battle. He accidentally bumps into another ship that explodes.
He is brought into a ship of escaped prisoners, all aliens. They're escaping the Peacekeepers, the bad guys. Among the prisoners is Aeryn Sun, a Peacekeeper herself. They both meet up with Captain of the PKs, Crais, who declares Aeryn irreversibly contaminated for being exposed for a long period to an unknown alien species (Crichton), and recognizes Crichton as the man who killed his brother (remember the ship that he bumped into and exploded? Well, that was Crais' brother).
They escape along with the other escaped prisoners on Moya, who happens to be a living ship (it's great, isn't it??^_^).
Now on to the John/Aeryn goodness.
The whole John/Aeryn shebang started here! As Ben Browder himself described it, it was "boy meets girl, girl kicks boy's ass."
Meant to be, aren't they? ♥
Captain Crais (that one right beside Aeryn) thinks Crichton killed his brother. Aeryn tries to stand up to him, but ends up being declared "irreversibly contaminated"...
AH! The infamous "You can be more" scene... Crichton convinces Aeryn to follow him and D'Argo back to Moya and escape the Peacekeepers. From that moment on, Aeryn would never be a Peacekeeper again. Unfortunately, she didn't know that at the time and kept hoping she'd somehow go back.
This is just a random pic, really... I just love the "WTF" look on their faces.
One thing that happened quite a bit in season 1 was that Crichton and Aeryn would always find ways to be thrown against each other. But I'm definitely not complaining!
Dorky!John is love. And I just love the way she looks at him here.
This was the very first episode I ever watched (in its entirely) of Farscape and therefore it will always hold a special place in my heart. And this scene in particular, this is the first time John sees Aeryn being vulnerable... And just look at the way he looks at her!
It's still too early in the series, but come on! You can see the attraction!

Crichton is with another girl... and Aeryn is not happy. And she's carrying something really heavy above her head, you do NOT want her angry.

I love this moment (I love this whole episode, really), even those those aren't the actual pictures of the moment when they look at each other. Still, they say goodbye. It's sad.
Crichton hesistates to enter the wormhole and return home... Aeryn watches the whole thing...
I had to add the scene where he sees his father again because...

John and Aeryn with their adorable sign language and a random shot of Moya being divided in three just 'cause this is my favorite shot of her in the entire series. Oh, the colors! :)
Laraq, 'cause he's hot. And he's flirting with Aeryn, which just makes John jealous.
... Then Laraq goes along and stabs her! John is definitely NOT happy. But not to worry, he makes the guy explode (literally!) right after that. :)
John isn't all that innocent anymore.
I really love this scene... I love it when he gets worried about her. In season 1 they weren't all that aware of their feelings yet, so moments like this were precious.
Aeryn misses a swing at Crichton. You KNOW she's not fine. And, again, John is worried about her...
Actually, this is from the end of the season, and you can summarize every season's 4-part finale by saying "Aeryn gets into some kind of trouble and then John gets worried and gets into more trouble of his own."
This is a brief moment, but so sweet! Aeryn trying to say "good luck" to him... And he says it was perfect. :)
I just had to introduce two important things: Crichton's new nemesis, Scorpius, and his evil chair of horrors, the Aurora Chair.
I love the Aurora Chair, I really do... It's so evil you can't not love it!
Even when Crichton sets off to save Aeryn, it's up to Aeryn to save Crichton in the end. She's so his hero! :P
Oooh, this is another scene that shows how much I love Aeryn in the early series.
Crais, the guy that ruined her life, is in the Aurora Chair... and Aeryn decides it's a good time to give him a piece of his own mind. And she just leaves him there, screaming. ♥
Aeryn and Pilot. I love their friendship! Seriously, Farscape muppet love is awesome. :P

Look how confident he looks standing beside her now... Definitely an improvement from the beginning of the season.

Crais is a weird fellow. But he's great! And he's great with Talyn.

And thus season 1 ends with Crichton and D'Argo floating above the weird moon on fire, Aeryn on her ship not being able to get to them, and Moya going off into space.
