The South Ballroom is again decorated accordingly, with the greatest Christmas finery the Dressing Room can provide. There are stars, there is even mistletoe (not cursed: this mistletoe is, luckily, only a decoration), and a great tree dressed in gold and silver and twinkling lights

[Dressed in a formal black dress suit with a swallowtail coat - but no top hat - Robin is standing close to the wall, watching the people on the dance floor with a slightly wistful look on her face.]

Those really are nice dresses.

Yes, but please tell me if I end up stepping on your feet. [she gives a small chuckle, and then her eyes widen] ...Ah. Your feet. Are they better yet?

Oh, they're just fine. I might not be able to dance for long, but at least this one now. [Reassuring smile]

Oh, good. Then, if you're okay...

[she offers Lenalee her hand, thinking that that might be the proper ballroom etiquette]

[She takes that hand with another small curtsy, smiling]

[After smiling back, she moves to lead Lenalee over to the nearby dance floor, remembering a bit more about dancing etiquette as she goes. Spending time travelling with Cross didn't tend to entail going to many formal balls.]

[She lets Robin take the lead, careful not to trip in her dress. It's nice, once you get accustomed to it, but as the other said... it's impractical.]

[she moves slightly awkwardly at first, but soon manages to move more smoothly]

It is, isn't it? I'm glad I decided to come.

Me too. I never expected the ball would be this good. And to think that all the decorations and food got here without anyone noticing! It's amazing.

[Sneaks up on her... Though, she's not good at sneaking up while she's all giggly in her fancy kimono.]

Robin! <3 You look really handsome, cho!

[Crouches down to swat at one of the coattails.]

Chomesuke? [she looks over her shoulder, a bit startled even though she could tell there were Akuma nearby]

...Oh! I've never seen a kimono like that one.

I didn't have a good dress to wear so I wanted to wear this instead, cho. Its much prettier looking than the one I normally wear. <3

It is! [she looks at it curiously] Those flowers look lovely. But are you having trouble not tripping over the ends?

[Grabs some fabric and holds it up.]

I can just carry it if I need to, cho. What I need to worry about most is other people stepping on it so it doesn't tear.

Of course. [she gives a small, brief laugh] Of course. That's what girls do with long skirts.

I'll take care. I wouldn't want to tear something as nice as that.
